Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Beke Market. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Some orders may be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be USD 9.99 except when we are offering free shipping.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to Addresses

Beke Market ships to addresses worldwide.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Beke Market is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Beke Market is not liable for any damaged product. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim

Lost Packages (Marked Delivered)

BeKe Market is not responsible for orders that were not received by the customer but were marked as delivered by the carrier. If the carrier marked your order as delivered but it was not received by you, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Lost Packages (Stuck in Transit)

If the carrier has deemed that a package has been lost in transit a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please also reach out to us via the following means:

We will carry out an investigation on our end. Please have your tracking information and all order details handy. Once an investigation is completed we will make an informed decision by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund for the total cost of the order (at the discretion of the company).
