Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at BeKe Market.

If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Website refers to BeKe Market, accessible from https://www.bekemarket.com

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order before it is shipped, without giving any reason for doing so.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from when the request is received. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

We do not accept returns under any conditions. However, refunds may be granted once the following condition is met;

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We do not accept returns under any condition.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the item.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Refunds

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow the below steps first

  1. first, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
